Samia Nour is Professor of Economics at the Khartoum University, Sudan.
Her main research interests are in the fields of Economics, Economics of Innovation and Technological Change, Development Economics, International Economics, Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Development, Migration, Transfer of Knowledge, and Knowledge Economy.
Samia Nour is a Visiting Fellow at CAS in the context of the Researchers at Risk-program from October 2026 to January 2027. Her stay is supported by Prof. Dr. Klaus Schmidt (LMU) who is a member of the CAS board.
